These are the terms for the Brightwell client dashboard. They are written in plain English because you should be able to read them once and know where you stand.

The dashboard comes with the service

The client dashboard is part of a paid Brightwell service. It is provided to clients with an active, paid account. It is not sold separately, and access ends when the service ends.

Features can change

We will add to the dashboard, and sometimes we will change or remove something. When a change affects how you use it, we will tell you before it happens. We are not going to quietly take a feature away and leave you to discover it.

The numbers come from Google, and we do not guarantee them

Website visits, search appearances, clicks and listing performance are reported to us by Google. We show you what Google gives us. We do not audit it and we cannot vouch for it.

Google changes how it counts things, delays some figures by a day or more, and occasionally restates them after the fact. A number in your dashboard is Google's answer on the day we asked, not a guarantee from Brightwell. Please do not rely on it as the sole basis for a financial or legal decision.

If a connection stops working, the dashboard tells you rather than showing a zero as though it were real.

Your Google accounts stay yours

You choose whether to connect a Google account and which accounts we may read. Our access is read only, and you can remove it at any time. What we read and store is set out on our privacy page.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
